When your officers log into Lexipol's training system, they will be presented with a six minute exercise with a brief scenario illustrating real world practical application on a specific policy. A link then displays the applicable policy section assuring that your officers have reviewed your actual agency policy. Next, your officer will be presented with a question to challenge their understanding of the policy. Finally, to bring focus to the training objective for the day there will be an analysis and summary.  All DTBs are tracked in a searchable database allowing the agency to verify which topics were covered and who is up-to-date on training.
