Daily Training Bulletin Overview

The Daily Training Bulletins are designed to integrate and directly link with your agency's policy manual. They expose law enforcement personnel to the practical application of your agency's policy content and reinforce your approved policies and procedures.

National Daily Training Bulletin Overview

The National Daily Training Bulletins (NDTB) are similar to our Daily Training Bulletins. Agencies subscribe to the NDTB in states where the Lexipol policy manual is not yet available. The NDTBs provide solid, realistic, ongoing, verifiable training.

Daily Training Bulletin vs. National Daily Training Bulletin
The Daily Training Bulletin service provides state-specific, ongoing and realistic training based on high-risk, low-frequency events. They help law enforcement personnel learn the content of their policy manual and the practical application of the policies.   The NDTBs are available to organizations where Lexipol does not yet have a state-specific policy manual. The NDTBs provide ongoing and realistic training based on high-risk, low-frequency events. They expose public safety personnel to scenarios based on federal law and public safety best practices.

Partner Testimonial

"Lexipol was the right choice for our agency. It gave us the flexibility, tools and resources we needed to bring our policy manual up to date, make it unique for our department and keep it current. Being a member of the Ohio Peer Review Group gave me confidence in the content and quality of the manual. Every day will be a training day for our officers with the customizable Daily Training Bulletins. Lexipol's customer service is outstanding and they understand policing. They literally “walk” you through the process."

Tim Sabransky, Chief
Loveland Police Department, OH

"Policies and procedures organize the daily work of the Sheriff’s Office and provide guidance for our officer’s decision-making in the field. Lexipol has done a remarkable job in helping us put together a policy manual that meets community needs and withstands public and legal scrutiny."

Tony Estrada, Sheriff
Santa Cruz County, AZ

"The Lexipol system allows for a police agency's policies to be continually updated to today's demanding risk management standards. Additionally, the Daily Training Bulletins bring accurate examples of the proper use and implementation of those policies for daily training for all officers."

David Helling, Chief
Bellbrook Police Department, OH

"I have struggled with the duty to provide clear, concise, up-to-date and legally defensible policies. The task of reviewing and updating policy seemed to be never ending and almost impossible without utilizing more personnel and resources than we could afford. I would highly recommend Lexipol as they provide ongoing, constant review and updated policy consistent with current case law and best practices at a very reasonable cost. This allows us to better manage our resources and protect our agency and personnel."

Kevin McLeod, Undersheriff
Weber County Sherriff's Office, UT

"Lexipol is the best tool I have come across in my many years of experience. While we have always placed a great deal of emphasis on annual review of our policies and procedures, we were never able to attain the level of accuracy we have with the Lexipol product. Their timely legal reviews, quick updates and continual testing have improved our knowledge, skills and abilities when serving the public."

Mike Haley, Sheriff
Washoe County Sheriff's Office, NV

"As with most agencies, our old policy manuals were almost out of date as soon as we published them, and then we struggled to keep them up-to-date as things changed. The Lexipol manual has been a great relief to management and an asset to operations. We save countless hours by not having to do our own research, and we have a tool that is defensible and useful. Lexipol has been responsive to our suggestions and has simplified the process over time to where I can't ever see not using Lexipol."

Gary Raney, Sheriff
Ada County Sheriff's Office, ID

"Lexipol offers a hedge of protection for my office with the latest up-to-date policy based on ever changing laws, court decisions and best practices. Their web-based daily training bulletins are a great tool for all my staff to learn about policy and how it applies in real life scenarios. In attempts to always manage risk and mitigate vicarious liability, Lexipol is a must."

Tim Mueller, Sheriff
Linn County Sheriff's Office, OR

"We were looking for a way to keep our policies up to date, ensure our officers were well versed in those policies and not have to dedicate a lot of resources to accomplish those goals. We discovered Lexipol met those requirements. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and the support we have received from Lexipol."

Michael Brown, Chief
Euless Police Department, TX

"Like most Chiefs, I do not have the luxury of having a staff that can research policy issues from the legal and best practices perspectives and then translate the information into an understandable written policy. But with Lexipol I don’t need to, because they do it all. Lexipol’s policy manual is complete and its updates are timely. There are many things in police management to worry about. Fortunately for me, not having up-to-date policies is no longer one of those."

Gregory Mills, Chief
Riverside Police Department, MO

"I recommend Lexipol to probation departments everywhere. In fact, I have several times, every time a Chief Probation Officer asks about policy manuals. The policies are good, but it is the custom editing that makes it work for probation."

Jeffrey Bosworth, Chief Probation Officer
Sierra County Probation, CA

"I immediately recognized how valuable Lexipol was for our department. The Daily Training Bulletins and regular updates allow our agency to operate as though I had a full-time person handling these important policy matters. A wonderful risk management tool."

Gary Hicken, Chief
City of Saratoga Springs, UT
