CONNOR WILLIAMS is a graduate of Grace College and Theological Seminary, earning a B.S. in Human Services. She has experience in correctional case management and administration, as well as extensive grant writing and management across the award cycle. Connor has spent the last several years supporting the work of public health and public safety agencies nationwide in grant research, grant writing and award management activities. She also volunteers her grant experience to benefit local non-profit organizations in Indiana. Being the spouse of a LE Detective, Connor is passionate about helping law enforcement agencies obtain the tools and resources they need to ensure the safety of every officer on duty.
