He built his foundation over 20 years in law enforcement, working with and advising thousands of agencies nationwide, and holds Texas certification as both a Master Peace Officer and a Master Jailer. In his current role, he works closely with executive teams, associations, risk pools, and insurance groups across the country, giving him a broad, cross-jurisdictional view of the operational, governance, and liability challenges facing today's public safety agencies. Drawing on both frontline experience and senior leadership in a mission-critical, highly regulated environment, Marco focuses on aligning strategy, partnerships, and execution to support organizational performance and long-term resilience. He also serves in advisory capacities with several national public safety and safety-technology organizations.
