PAUL HARNETT is a Content Developer with Lexipol. His public safety career spans over 30 years and culminated with his retirement as the Assistant Director of Public Safety with a college campus agency in 2014. Paul has served as a police officer, deputy sheriff and Medicolegal Death Investigator, as well as fire chief of a small rural volunteer fire agency. He teaches courses in Criminal Justice and Political Science at a local two-year college and serves the people of his home county as a field investigator for the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Forensic Science, both from National University.
