In her keynote, “Readiness Is a Mindset, Not a Moment,” Ziman will explore the human side of preparedness and why leadership and culture are essential to meeting the unexpected. 

The conference will close with a keynote from Lexipol co-founder and risk management visionary Gordon Graham, whose talk, “The Mission Evolves—So Must We,” is a rallying call for leaders to embrace change, invest in their people, and build systems that support long-term resilience.
