Lexipol, the leader in policy, training and wellness support for first responders and public servants, was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award for Company of the Year in the 19th Annual International Business Awards®.
Lexipol received recognition as Company of the Year in the large computer software company designation. Judges noted the impact and value of Lexipol’s policy management system, online training solutions and mobile wellness support, specifically as public safety agencies face unprecedented challenges associated with COVID-19, civil unrest, the recruitment and retention crisis, and more. Lexipol’s nomination noted its recent product developments to meet three evolving challenges in public safety: an increase in demand for wellness programs to support frontline personnel, the need to support agencies pursuing accreditation and a desire for high-quality online education as more agencies move to a “blended learning” approach.

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others. “This year’s class of honorees are as innovative, adventuresome, persistent, and successful as we’ve ever had,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller.
