Lexipol Wellness Solution Named Product of the Year Finalist

Lexipol, the leader in policy, training and wellness support for first responders and public servants, recently announced that its wellness app, Cordico, was named a finalist for Product of the Year by the 2022 Business Intelligence Group BIG Awards for Business. The BIG Awards for Business recognize organizations, people and products for extraordinary accomplishments across industries.

Research shows first responders experience significantly higher-than-average rates of critical incidents, often leading to mental and behavioral health issues such as depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Coupled with the stigma around mental health that exists across the public safety sector, first responders often cannot access the resources needed to effectively recognize and address these wellness concerns.

Lexipol’s Cordico wellness solution seeks to address this problem with resources tailored to the needs of public safety. The app provides critical support to help first responders learn about the behavioral health issues they face, build and maintain resilience, and connect with therapists and peer support team members.

“We are honored to be named as finalists in this competitive awards program,” said Dr. David Black, president of wellness solutions for Lexipol. “First responders often focus on the wellness of those around them while pushing aside their own self-care and well-being. With Cordico, we provide an important resource to help first responders care for their own mental health needs.”

Judged by experienced business executives, the BIG Awards for Business are produced by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) with the mission of recognizing excellence in the business world. Learn more and see the complete list of winners.
