The Readiness Recognition Program is designed to help agencies measure and demonstrate progress by tracking performance within Lexipol Policy and Lexipol Training.
For over 20 years, Lexipol has partnered with public safety agencies to provide solutions that enhance community protection and empower operational excellence. Building on this legacy, the Lexipol Readiness Recognition Program recognizes agencies that excel in the key metrics that drive readiness and performance across Lexipol Policy and Lexipol Training.
Who Can Participate?
Any public safety agency or local government organization subscribing to Lexipol Policy and/or Lexipol Training is automatically eligible. New customers will be included in the program one year after the start of their subscription, allowing time for full implementation and rollout.
Is There a Cost?
No. Participation in the Lexipol Readiness Recognition Program is free and automatic for Lexipol customers. If you prefer not to participate, simply notify your customer success manager.

Lexipol Policy Lexipol Training
For agencies exceeding benchmarks in a single Lexipol solution (e.g., Policy, Training), with Honored, Distinguished, and Elite tiers.
Each award level is based on measurable performance, captured through the Readiness Score.
The Readiness Score offers a clear picture of how effectively each agency is putting Lexipol’s solutions into practice across Lexipol Policy, Training, Wellness, and Reports. Built from measurable indicators of activation, engagement, and ongoing participation, the score reflects an agency’s continued commitment to readiness and operational excellence.
