Lexipol is proud to announce a new partnership agreement with the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association (IFCA), expanding the organizations’ ongoing work to support fire service leaders and agencies throughout Indiana.
The partnership brings together IFCA’s dedication to advancing the fire service with Lexipol’s mission to help first responders operate safely, effectively, and confidently. The organizations will work together to strengthen leadership, improve operational readiness, and enhance firefighter health and wellness.
“The IFCA is pleased to continue its partnership with Lexipol,” says Chief Matt McCullough, president of the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association. “Together we are committed to supporting fire service professionals and advancing best practices across the state of Indiana.”
As part of this collaboration, Lexipol will engage with fire service professionals across Indiana and providing IFCA members with educational content, industry expertise, and solutions that address the changing needs of today’s fire service. IFCA member agencies will also receive a special discount on eligible Lexipol solutions for fire departments.
“Lexipol is proud to partner with the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association, an organization that shares our commitment to strengthening the fire service and supporting those who dedicate their lives to protecting others,” says Marco DeLeon, senior vice president and chief industry officer at Lexipol. “Together, we will help Indiana’s fire service leaders better serve their firefighters, support their families, and enhance the safety and resilience of communities across the state.”
For more than 20 years, Lexipol has provided public safety organizations with policy management, training, wellness resources, and operational solutions that help agencies reduce risk, improve performance, and strengthen organizational resilience. Partnerships with associations such as IFCA help Lexipol support public safety professionals at both the state and local levels.
