Lexipol, the leader in policy, training and wellness support for first responders and public servants, celebrates 20 years in service in 2023. The anniversary milestone represents two decades of innovation in public safety technology and solutions.
Co-founders Gordon Graham and Bruce Praet began Lexipol in 2003 with a vision to provide high-quality, legally compliant policy manuals for law enforcement agencies. Now with over 450 employees, Lexipol has expanded to provide policy and procedure management, online training, wellness resources, accreditation support, grants services and industry news media for law enforcement, fire/EMS, corrections and local government. Today, Lexipol serves more than 10,000 agencies across all 50 states. As Lexipol has grown, its mission and commitment to supporting public safety has remained the same.

Lexipol will be celebrating its 20th anniversary throughout 2023 including customer highlights and recognition at the Lexipol 2023 Connect User Group Conference held in the fall.
