Built on Experience

Lt. Colonel Frank E. Rodgers (Ret.) leads the Center for Accreditation Success, leveraging 25 years of experience in law enforcement with expertise gained from assisting more than 300 public safety agencies achieve state or national accreditation. Frank retired as the Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police in 2007 and was later appointed the first Police Director of the newly formed New Jersey State Park Police, where he oversaw the agency’s successful efforts to become accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police.

Frank formed The Rodgers Group in 2008 to provide policy development experience, training modules and accreditation expertise to agencies seeking to achieve or maintain accreditation. He is a certified assessor for CALEA and the New Jersey Law Enforcement Accreditation Program and is recognized by the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court as an expert in law enforcement procedures, policy, training and supervision.

In November 2021, The Rodgers Group joined the Lexipol family, creating the Center for Accreditation Success.
