Chuck Corbin

Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Corbin serves as Chief Executive Officer for Lexipol, overseeing all customer-facing and operational aspects of the business. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served for three years as Lexipol’s Chief Revenue Officer, contributing significantly to the company’s growth through his oversight of sales, marketing, market development, implementation services, customer support and account management.

Chuck’s entire career has been in the software technology and services industry, where he has served in leadership roles including senior vice president of North America at RMG Networks, senior vice president of Sales and Marketing at BancTec, general manager of U.S., Latin America and Asia Pacific at BancTec, vice president of Sales at Spectrum Contact Services and vice president and general manager at Siemens Business Services. Early in his career, Chuck held sales and sales management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, a large computer and software manufacturer. Chuck began his career in sales at IBM.

A graduate of the University of Tulsa college of business, Chuck enjoys spending time with family, travel, sports and music. Chuck is also honored to serve as a mentor to several young professionals and small business owners.

As Lexipol’s CFO since 2012, Van’s passion for strategic growth has helped propel Lexipol into new products, services and markets, expanding our ability to serve clients. Van’s focus on geographic expansion, via its employee base and market growth, contributed to Lexipol’s evolution from a primarily western U.S. client base to a national market leader.

Van has spent over 30 years with high-growth technology companies in publicly held, private equity and venture-backed businesses. Prior to Lexipol, he served as CFO for Luxtera, Inc., recently acquired by Cisco. As CFO at Wyle Electronics, Van helped grow the business from $100M to $1.5B in revenues, leading to a successful sale of the company. He also served as CFO for Cherokee International and Telmar Network Technology, playing an instrumental role in executing strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions.

Van is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management executive program and enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Dave Long, CTO

Dave Long

Chief Technology Officer

Dave Long leads Lexipol’s software development and technical services teams. His areas of leadership include the enterprise SaaS platform, driving innovation initiatives and ongoing improvement of business systems and infrastructure.

Dave has over 25 years of experience leading research and development teams. Most recently, Dave held the position of Chief Product Officer at FirstAware, developing an IoT SaaS platform for building safety. Previously, Dave held the position of VP of Engineering at Mutualink, developing SaaS communications and interoperability solutions for public safety. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Product Development at Taqua, VP of Engineering at Tekelec, and in leadership and software development positions at Lucent Technologies, Cadre Technologies and AT&T Bell Labs. He is an alumni of the Richardson (Texas) Citizen’s Fire Academy and the McKinney (Texas) Citizen’s Police Academy.

Dave brings a wealth of experience and expertise in software design and development methodologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.

Tracey Hinkle

Chief Operating Officer

Tracey Hinkle serves as Lexipol’s chief operating officer, responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and serve customer needs. Her operational oversight includes Lexipol’s product and solution portfolio, content and policy development, accreditation and professional implementation services, and customer success as well as the company’s industry news sites.

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate and start-up innovation, enterprise consulting, design thinking methodologies, business development and go-to-market strategy, Tracey brings deep expertise in building partnerships and teams focused on solutions to address the most challenging issues facing business and society. She has a passionate focus on the customer and has held leadership positions for companies such as Ericsson, Cisco and Accenture, setting strategy, designing and leading operations, and building product development, portfolio management and innovation teams.

Tracey has been recognized by Simmons Leadership Council as a Top 100 Women in Tech and is a recipient of the Edison Gold Award for Disruptive Innovation. She has an MBA in Management and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Oklahoma. Tracey is married with two adult children and lives in Frisco, TX. In her free time, she enjoys sports, music, art, hiking and coaching girls’ basketball.

Nick Bruckner

Chief Revenue Officer

As Lexipol’s Chief Revenue Officer, Nick Bruckner is responsible for sales, strategic partnerships and marketing, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition.

Nick has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership. Previously, he led Lexipol’s media sales and customer success teams. Prior to his roles at Lexipol, Nick was Vice President of Media Revenue for Praetorian Digital for four years until it was acquired by Lexipol in 2019. He brings a deep passion of focusing on the customer while scaling business processes. Nick has held other leadership positions at Hip Digital Media, Indeed.com, CareerBuilder, Fisher Investments and Michelin.

A graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science, Nick is married with three adult children. He lives in California and enjoys boating, skiing and snowboarding in the Sierra Mountains as well as coaching high school wrestling.

Founder & President, Cordico

As the founder and president of Cordico (now part of Lexipol), David Black, PhD, leads a team of professionals dedicated to providing customized, confidential, mobile wellness applications for individuals in high-stress professions. A clinical psychologist by training, Dr. Black was inspired by the heroic sacrifices of first responders on September 11, 2001, to explore how technology can transform behavioral health for as many first responders and their families as possible.

In addition to serving on Lexipol’s Board of Directors, Dr. Black serves as chief psychologist for the California Police Chiefs Association Wellness Committee and is a founding board member of the National Sheriffs’ Association Psychological Services Group, where he also serves as the Chair of Technology and Social Media. He is an Advisory Board member for the National Police Foundation’s Center for Mass Violence Response Studies, serves on the International Association of Chiefs of Police Psychological Services Ethics Committee and on the National Fraternal Order of Police Officer Wellness Committee and Provider Evaluation Subcommittee, and is an Officer Wellness subject matter expert for the California Commission on POST.

Dr. Black’s professional experience also includes hospitals, Fortune 100 companies and other organizations. He holds doctorate and master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Washington.

Kathryn Vines

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources for Lexipol, Kathryn Vines is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, development, employee relations, and culture and engagement, as well as facilities.

Kathryn has more than two decades of human resources experience in the financial services industry, serving as chief people officer for Freedom Truck Finance, senior director of Human Resources at Texans Credit Union and vice president of Human Resources at Drive Financial Services (now Santander). Her passion is developing programs to best serve her teammates and creating a community for excellence in the workplace.

Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Sociology from Southern Methodist University as well as the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. She enjoys traveling with her family and is an active networker for HR and other professionals in the metroplex.
