Chuck Corbin

Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Corbin serves as Chief Executive Officer for Lexipol, overseeing all customer-facing and operational aspects of the business. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served for three years as Lexipol’s Chief Revenue Officer, contributing significantly to the company’s growth through his oversight of sales, marketing, market development, implementation services, customer support and account management.

Chuck’s entire career has been in the software technology and services industry, where he has served in leadership roles including senior vice president of North America at RMG Networks, senior vice president of Sales and Marketing at BancTec, general manager of U.S., Latin America and Asia Pacific at BancTec, vice president of Sales at Spectrum Contact Services and vice president and general manager at Siemens Business Services. Early in his career, Chuck held sales and sales management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, a large computer and software manufacturer. Chuck began his career in sales at IBM.

A graduate of the University of Tulsa college of business, Chuck enjoys spending time with family, travel, sports and music. Chuck is also honored to serve as a mentor to several young professionals and small business owners.

Manu Mittal

Chief Financial Officer

Manu Mittal serves as Lexipol’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial operations including acquisitions, geographic and industry market expansion, and new product launches.

Manu brings more than 20 years of experience in business, serving for the last seven years as Regional CFO at Solera, a SaaS technology company that executed a $6.5 billion go-private transaction in 2016. At Solera, Manu was responsible for finance and related operations for 20+ product lines in the US and Canadian markets and instrumental in the company’s move from being publicly traded to becoming privately held. Prior to his time with Solera, Manu served as Vice President, Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Earlier in his career he held positions with ProLogis, Bear Stearns and Cisco. Manu’s experience in mergers and acquisitions, driving growth through multiple product lines and developing efficient processes will serve us well as we continue to scale Lexipol.

Manu holds bachelor and master’s degrees in Computer Science, as well as an MBA, from the University of Texas at Dallas and Austin. He and his family live in Dallas.

Dave Long, CTO

Dave Long

Chief Technology Officer

Dave Long leads Lexipol’s software development and technical services teams. His areas of leadership include the enterprise SaaS platform, driving innovation initiatives and ongoing improvement of business systems and infrastructure.

Dave has over 25 years of experience leading research and development teams. Most recently, Dave held the position of Chief Product Officer at FirstAware, developing an IoT SaaS platform for building safety. Previously, Dave held the position of VP of Engineering at Mutualink, developing SaaS communications and interoperability solutions for public safety. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Product Development at Taqua, VP of Engineering at Tekelec, and in leadership and software development positions at Lucent Technologies, Cadre Technologies and AT&T Bell Labs. He is an alumni of the Richardson (Texas) Citizen’s Fire Academy and the McKinney (Texas) Citizen’s Police Academy.

Dave brings a wealth of experience and expertise in software design and development methodologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.

Nick Bruckner

Chief Revenue Officer

As Lexipol’s Chief Revenue Officer, Nick Bruckner is responsible for sales, strategic partnerships and marketing, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition.

Nick has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership. Previously, he led Lexipol’s media sales and customer success teams. Prior to his roles at Lexipol, Nick was Vice President of Media Revenue for Praetorian Digital for four years until it was acquired by Lexipol in 2019. He brings a deep passion of focusing on the customer while scaling business processes. Nick has held other leadership positions at Hip Digital Media, Indeed.com, CareerBuilder, Fisher Investments and Michelin.

A graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science, Nick is married with three adult children. He lives in California and enjoys boating, skiing and snowboarding in the Sierra Mountains as well as coaching high school wrestling.

President, Wellness Solutions

As the founder of Cordico and President of Wellness Solutions for Lexipol, David Black, PhD, leads a team of professionals dedicated to providing scalable wellness solutions for individuals serving in high-stress professions. A clinical psychologist by training, Dr. Black was inspired by the heroic sacrifices of first responders on September 11, 2001, to explore how technology can transform behavioral health for as many first responders and their families as possible.

In addition to serving on Lexipol’s Board of Directors, Dr. Black serves as the Chief Psychologist for the California Police Chiefs Association Wellness Committee and is a founding board member of the National Sheriffs’ Association Psychological Services Group. He is an Advisory Committee member for the National Police Institute’s Center for Targeted Violence Prevention, serves on the International Association of Chiefs of Police Psychological Services Ethics Committee and on the National Fraternal Order of Police Officer Wellness Committee and Provider Evaluation Subcommittee, and is an Officer Wellness subject matter expert for the California Commission on POST.

Dr. Black’s professional experience also includes hospitals, Fortune 100 companies and other organizations. He holds doctorate and master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology cum laude and Philosophy cum laude from the University of Washington.

Rob Schneider

President, Lexipol Media Group

As President of the Lexipol Media Group, Rob Schneider leads all aspects of the company’s media businesses—Police1, FireRescue1, EMS1, Corrections1 and Gov1—as well as the Grant Services division. Leveraging a highly engaged audience and product portfolio, the Lexipol Media Group is the largest digital technology platform serving first responders and local government.

Prior to joining Lexipol, Rob served as the Chief Strategy, Development and Content Officer for Learfield, the largest media and technology company in college athletics, where he led their direct-to-consumer efforts across content development/distribution, data/analytics, and digital marketing/technology. He has also held senior leadership positions in media, advertising and technology with GroupM, Xaxis, 24/7 Media and NBCUniversal. In these roles, Rob led strategy, partnerships, product management and corporate development. He serves as an advisor to several media investment firms and startups as well.

Rob graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Ranger Qualified Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division. He also holds an MBA in media management from Columbia Business School. Rob and his family live in Frisco, Texas.

Frank Rodgers

President, Accreditation Solutions

Lt. Colonel Frank E. Rodgers (Ret.) leads Lexipol’s Center for Accreditation Success, leveraging 25 years of experience in law enforcement with expertise gained from assisting more than 300 public safety agencies achieve state or national accreditation.

Frank retired as the Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police in 2007 and was later appointed the first Police Director of the newly formed New Jersey State Park Police, where he oversaw the agency’s successful efforts to become nationally recognized by the Commission on the Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and accredited the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police. Frank formed The Rodgers Group in 2008 to provide policy development experience, training modules and accreditation expertise to agencies seeking to achieve or maintain accreditation. He is a certified assessor for CALEA and the New Jersey Law Enforcement Accreditation Program and is recognized by the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court as an expert in law enforcement procedures, policy, training and supervision. In November 2021, The Rodgers Group joined the Lexipol family.

Frank holds a master’s degree in Education from Seton Hall University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Kathryn Vines

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources for Lexipol, Kathryn Vines is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, development, employee relations, and culture and engagement, as well as facilities.

Kathryn has more than two decades of human resources experience in the financial services industry, serving as chief people officer for Freedom Truck Finance, senior director of Human Resources at Texans Credit Union and vice president of Human Resources at Drive Financial Services (now Santander). Her passion is developing programs to best serve her teammates and creating a community for excellence in the workplace.

Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Sociology from Southern Methodist University as well as the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. She enjoys traveling with her family and is an active networker for HR and other professionals in the metroplex.
