JAMES CONCANNON retired from the Sierra County Sheriff’s Office in California, where he served as undersheriff, sheriff’s sergeant and deputy sheriff. Concannon earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University-Sacramento, a master’s degree from the University of California-Irvine, and a doctorate of education from the University of Southern California. At Lexipol, Concannon serves as a content developer.
