Fitness Motivation for First Responders

Even if you keep a strict fitness routine, you may find there are times when your motivation lags. Using events—such as 5Ks, half or full marathons and stair climbs—can be a great way to stay motivated to meet your fitness goals.

And nowadays, you can select virtual workout events to keep you motivated without having to travel.
