Lexipol Media Group Recognized for Excellence & Innovation

Lexipol, the leader in policy, training and wellness support for public safety and government leaders, has been named a finalist in four categories in the 2024 SIIA Jesse H. Neal Awards and a regional finalist in the 2024 ASBPE Azbee Awards for excellence work in business journalism and innovation in digital content across Lexipol Media Group’s industry news sites.

The SIIA Jesse H. Neal Awards recognize journalistic and editorial excellence across industries. This year, Lexipol Media Group was named a finalist for Best New Product for 2023’s launch of the first annual First Responder Wellness Week. EMS1 was recognized in Best Use of Video/Webcast for the new “One for the Road” video series featuring Steve Whitehead; FireRescue1 was named finalist for Best Range of Work by a Media Brand; and Police1 received finalist status in Best Subject-Related Package for “Preventing School Shootings.”

In the Azbee Awards, Police1’s 2023 Trend Report, “What Cops Want,” was named a regional finalist for Online State of the Industry report.

“Lexipol Media Group’s sites are marked by excellence and continuous improvement because of the team’s passion for supporting first responders and public safety leaders as they seek to improve service and safety,” said Lexipol Media Group President Rob Schneider. “We are honored to be recognized once again by some of the most prestigious awards in business journalism.”
