Lexipol’s COVID-19 Response Recognized for Social Impact in Marketing Automation Awards

Lexipol, the leader in policy, training and wellness support for first responders and public servants, has received an award for Social Impact in the first-ever ParDreamies award program hosted by Sercante, a Salesforce partner. The Social Impact award recognizes Lexipol’s innovative use of Pardot to aid public safety and local government responses during the pandemic through Lexipol’s Coronavirus Learning & Policy Center.

Lexipol launched the Coronavirus Learning & Policy Center in March 2020 and offers related policies, online learning courses and grant funding information to agencies and individual first responders across the country for free. The center provided insight on a variety of concerns to help inform and support public safety professionals’ response to the pandemic, from safety protocols to the importance of emotional resiliency. Since the site’s launch, over 13,000 courses have been accessed, 17,000 policies downloaded and 1,700+ agency leaders requested online learning access be set up for their agency. Access to timely and updated information through a centralized site with consolidated resources continues to be critical for front line workers navigating the pandemic.

“Our marketing team is honored to be recognized for our work compiling and promoting these crucial resources,” said Julie Rasco, vice president of marketing. “With the increase in pressure on public safety during the pandemic, we saw the importance of taking steps to support our industry; using Pardot’s tools helped us expand our reach and increase the impact of the site.”

The ParDreamies Awards honor organizations using Pardot in creative and thoughtful ways to reach their audience effectively. Lexipol used Pardot’s features to promote, track and optimize the impact of the Coronavirus Policy & Learning Center.
